GIFT CARD POLICY

Looking for the perfect gift? Our gift cards can be purchased online in denominations of $25, $50, $100, and $200. You can also purchase a gift card for any denomination. Visit the salon to purchase or purchase an electronic gift card online at www.musesalonandspa.com.

GIFT CARD DELIVERY

Traditional plastic gift cards must be purchased in our salon at 11705 Medlock Bridge Road, Johns Creek, GA 30097. We currently do not support delivery of traditional plastic gift cards via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other delivery service. Electronic gift cards are delivered by email and can be printed at home for hand delivery.

USING YOUR GIFT CARD

Gift cards are redeemable in-store for salon services, spa services, and merchandise.

REFUND POLICY

All Muse Salon and Spa gift cards are final sale. Traditional plastic gift cards purchased in the salon and electronic gift cards purchased on musesalonandspa.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

GIFT CARD BALANCE

To obtain a gift card balance, call (678) 393-2214 and one of our guest service experts can assist you. Please have your gift card number available. 

EXPIRATION

Muse Salon and Spa gift cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS

To report a lost or stolen gift card call (678) 393-2214 or visit our salon at 11705 Medlock Bridge Road, Johns Creek, GA 30097. The original sales receipt is required to replace the remaining balance on a lost or stolen gift card.
